About

Pilot Background and Experience

After retiring with 39 years of law enforcement, I am continuing my passion and love for flying. During my years of Law Enforcement, I was able to conduct flight operations in both fix wing aircraft and helicopters. As a Pilot for the Police Department and a DEA Task Force Agent, I conducted surveillance, prisoner transport  and department member transportation missions. As a Task Force Pilot, I worked closely with the U.S. border Patrol and Homeland Security Air Support Units on Flight Operations.

During the later years of flying, I worked several years as a part time pilot, for a FEDEX feeder company and as a full time F.O. with Diamond Aviation of Carlsbad, CA. During the years with the FedEx feeder company and Diamond Aviation, I was able to gain great knowledge and experience in the Part 135 arena. Many hours of IFR experience was gained by flying in inclement weather in the mountains of southern California. I then went on to get my CE-500 Series SIC and CE-525A and CE-525B Type Ratings to continue with my flying carrier of over 2700 flying hours.   Listed below are my qualifications to assist you both as a PIC for the C-208B Super Cargomaster and SIC for the CE-500 / CE-525A and CE-525B Series Aircraft.
